U.S company - phone / ticket / email - prices are reasonable - pay peanuts get monkeys etc.

I use PowerVps, which just started with Dedicated, they provide excellent support. There is another company I've researched quite in depth, however, haven't used them, OLM.net. They aren't managed, which lowers the price, but from my research they are very reliable, and have good daily specials now, plus some good discount coupons. There is a forum directly related to this topic as well.
