I very highly suggest hostingplex.com. They have WONDERFUL services. This is the least I can say. I am a very happy customer. I currently have three different hosting plans with them. They are great!

I can put in a plug for hostidea.com -- I don't know if their sign up specifies PayPal but have always paid them that route for various services. I host myself and several clients trough them, never any problems.

I am, but he might have to close down, so I am looking at alternatives. If he stays in business I will certainly stay with him
