I had my eye on that one. $3500 BID on NW, Snap,
and pretty much every private drop club was after
that domain.

I was about to place a DW subscription on it a few days
ago and noticed that it was taken.

it's been offline for a few years, but from the archive it seems
like it was one of the first "popular" auction sites. like an ebay
clone back in 96.

point this domain to ebay as a CJ affiliate and you're making
solid $$ every day, for a long time.

i bid $1460 because that's all i think it's worth. it'll take a while
before it pays for itself at $3500+.

DW got a good name for me today - I put a post up about that! This one was an accomplishment too given the bid too but I NEVER heard of FirstAuction and I was shopping ebay the day after it went lve in 1995. I hope that whoever got it makes money. If anyone wants 'FirstAuction.NET, or anything else, for that matter, they are available for registration right now.
