Good polling script?

Could anyone recommend me a good (possibly free?) polling script that also has the option where users can input text (like comments) if their option wasn't in the poll?

What I want it for is, to test what the traffic coming to a domain is looking for exactly, as the domain could be used for several things & I want to see what most people are looking for.
