after 13+ years with godaddy , hosting and domains I am transferring all of my hosting including my clients which will mean over 50 + websites will be moving to a new host.

Previously I had received years of outstanding service from my VIP person and hosting support. Now it is absolutely horrible since my rep left. Terrible, horrendous. I have placed 5 phone calls to get items resolved and not once in 4 weeks has my own exec rep called back, NOT once. I contacted the VIP manager and he assigned a new rep...They didn't call back either...My issues have not been corrected and as of today I have never received a phone call from 1 person and I sent emails to all of the executives and managers..chasllenging them to pick up the phone this morning between 9am and noon to explain why the poor service, why no resolutions and why cant people communicate...

Again no phone call.

I am sure they are busy playing video games on their phones and collecting their paychecks each week

It is good policy to split your domain registrar from your web hosting anyway. Not that I am accusing godaddy of anything, but it is better to retain control of each component of your business individually.

Exactly right, host with a webhost, register with a registrar.
If you ever have a billing dispute with your webhost for example, they can't take you hostage.

There were so many issues..They had infections/malware on there server and I had a server side scan and they kept telling me they didn't...They never addressed any issues and never called at anytime in 5 weeks...There is no excuse for poor service
