I dont think they disable adwords, just adsense I feel.
No, no. I mean exactly AdSense and AdWords. They suspend accounts whenever they want. Below is just an example why they have disabled our AdWords:
Since you are constantly changing your daily budget several times a day, you are receiving a tremendous amount of free overdelivery clicks. Since you are continuing to abuse the AdWords system, your account has been suspended.
Ridiculous, isn't it?
Of course, we have immediately asked them how and when are we supposed to change our daily budget but no response followed. We have asked questions in relation with our daily budget. How often can it be changed? What is the number of changes above which it will be considered an abuse? We have sent them several inquiries but no response - AT ALL! Complete silence! This is because they know perfectly well this action can not be legally justified!
Several months after that case they have introduced the rule that you can not change your daily budget more than 10 times per a single day. Now you can not change budget more than 10 times per day even if you want to - software blocks your attempts if they are above 10 per day. After that upgrade they have activated our account again just to test their fix. But a month later our account was suspended again!!! NO EXPLANATION AT ALL!
The moral of the story is - if they decide they charge you less than their expectations are for the position your ad is placed they simply suspend your AdWords account. That's it!
