Adam,

The "Gorilla" the article mentioned is Hyperion out of Texas. They overcame a major hurdle and received rezoning approval this week. As referenced Wednesday of this week on the DrudgeReport, Hyperion plans to build the first oil refinery in over 30 years. It will be a 10 BILLION dollar project in the Elk Point, SD area and will add several thousands of jobs in the Elk Point area according to The Sioux City Journal.

I live about an hour from the planned refinery. As a domainer, when I heard the news about this, I registered ElkPointJobs.com and ElkPointHomes.com in June of 2007 with the hope of developing or reselling the names once the project started. Now, it's looking like there's a pretty good chance this project is going to happen pending permitting and financing.

Maybe others on the forum that read the articles will come up with some ideas as to other domains to register as the little city of Elk Point, SD will absolutely explode with growth/jobs once this project starts.

Also, I'd appreciate any ideas regarding how best to monetize ElkPointJobs.com if/when the refinery happens. Thanks.
