"GOOGLE ERROR: We're sorry..." Anyone Else getting this?

This happened to me once before. I think Google's hacking/abuse blocking process is F***ed up.

Very Irritating: Just using Google normally, and then Google blocks me from doing any more searches, giving the following message - anyone else getting this?

We're sorry...
... but your query looks similar to automated requests from a computer virus or spyware application. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now.

We'll restore your access as quickly as possible, so try again soon. In the meantime, if you suspect that your computer or network has been infected, you might want to run a virus checker or spyware remover to make sure that your systems are free of viruses and other spurious software.

I switched to Yahoo -- it works great (and is little my part in avoiding a complete googlopoly).

So would you rather use the best service available and put up with a very minor inconvenience every so often?
Or use that same service with no inconvenience, but a metric arse tonne of first page results that are dynamically generated by bots that crawl the terms you were looking into, do a post back to dynamically create sites (including keyword loaded domain registration) with the sole intention of them ranking well, so they can be loaded with malware designed to download in the background and silently self-install?

Because option #2 worked great on Lycos

It happened once to me. Wait for 24h. It you use dynamic IP, it may be abused by somebody else.
