I read this recent French Case ,and yes I know those of you
in the USA are not interested but many domainers also reside in
Europe, and wonder whether this could be used against Registrars
who allow people to register trademark domains, the principle
being nearly the same.

Also would refer to the last paragraph, which will be interesting
to see result of ECHR adjudication.
Hmm,maybe there is a business model there, register trademark
and then sue Google in France ??.
