putting this out here, and hopefully it will resolve some misunderstandings.
the google keyword tool exact match numbers, "do not"... equal, reflect, or predict the "actual traffic or actual number of visitors" a domain name will receive, if parked or if developed.
no tool, since the death of "overture", can predict with a credible amount of accuracy, the traffic or visitors a domain would receive, in advance of it's registration or post acquisition.
be clear on this, "the number of searches for a term" in a month, "does not" mean that search volume number is equal to the amount of "real people" who will/would type-in your domain name or will click on your link....even if listed on 1st page of google.
but if you don't believe what i'm saying, then feel free to keep hope alive.
