"Google's path to world domination took a turn for the worse yesterday with news that a small British company has already got the trademark for Gmail"
usegmail.com is the domain they are using.
Sounds crook they can register any $10 domain then pay a few K
for the trademark. These trademarks infringing on domain businesses
should have to be established for 20 years or so.
Anyone holding a domain for future development can lose it to anyone
who regs a trademark in that time.
