Google PR vs Fake PR......can anyone help me ?

Many websites has PR but some are fake.

The thing is that I don`t understand how there may be a third category.

example:

website name: www.onlinesmg.com

if I check on http://www.prchecker.info/check_page_rank.php

the result is a PR 4

but if I check on http://www.seologs.com/pr-check/pagerank.html

I will get no result. Not even a fake result. So what is it? A ghost ?

That pagerank checker doesn't seem to work, if you use the one on my site it will say that it is a pagerank of 4

In case you don't know using a pr checker won't tell you if someone is faking PR.

Download the Google Toolbar. Get the information from the authoritative source.

To check if a PR is fake

Type the domain name in google.com
Click "View Cache"
if it says cache of domain.com it is real
if it says cache of anotherdomain.org it is fake

its not even listed in google, so i am not sure if the PR is real, it would make sense that its not since its not even listed, but recently ive seen exceptions to that rule, so i really am not sure.
