Hi all .

I have seen this domain for sale here on the board and it makes me nervous for the new members

The domain for sale is www.Googleserver.com

On the site if you go to it is says

GoogleServer.com is in no way associated with the Google, Inc. "Google" is a registered trademark of Google, Inc.

So if "Google" is a trade mark wouldnt Googleserver be one?

The biggest thing google is into is servers isnt it>?

Just wondering if this is a trade mark issue

I would hate to seea newbie buy this then get a c+d Letter

Maybe I am totally wrong , But more curious

Please let me know

Thanx Joe

It could be compared to any of the *sucks.com site's. They usually do not get shut down. If it was like GoogleSearch.com then they would have an issue. I don't believe they will cause a stink about it, but I am sure one of the legal guys around here might say otherwise.

This is an active sale in the forum, and you know that, a mod already deleted your post in the sale, "oh come on, this is TM". So you come here and make a post?

As always buyers should do their own research, and buyer beware. But for you to ask about an active sale is not right.
