... on a home business / mlm type page. More than double of anything else I've had in the last year, usually clicks are well under 50 cents. I guess ppc isn't quite dead yet!
Wow.Got one click this morning for 36.08![]()
Best ppc click I've had this year!
Not parked, not adsense.
Wow.
What is the category?
I wonder how much advertiser pay for that one click?
So, this advertiser is willing to pay that much money although
they have no idea whether that click will convert or not.
I am thinking advertiser is paying around $100/click?
If I assume conversion is 10% (very very high), then acquisition cost is $1,000 +/-![]()
That truly is an amazing click. I was thinking it must be gaming but those finance/loan clicks are pretty strong too (but $36?, amazing.)

Whilst you're relying on a substantially lower conversion rate, versus a relatively high CTR, I think a lot of you guys (especially those in finance or insurance niches) should really look into some CPA programs.
A number of them do have entire site solutions, and you could simply 301 to those pages.
The sites are already optimized for high conversation rates, and the average payout is about $35 per conversion on insurance leads.
We're talking leads here, by the way, not even filled in sales.
Very Nice payout, hope it lasts forever!
extremely nice
a few of these a day, everyday.... could set you free
in the past i tried a couple of those site solutions and the traffic never converted, maybe it was because the volume too was low.
seems people will click a link on a parked page to "see" what the site is about, but when it comes to actually filling out a form on a page...many are reluctant to give up info.
perhaps others have had better experiences than i did...

IMHO...There are quite a few smaller companies, but the names people recognize usually seem to do more direct advertising than affiliate programs. I have no idea why they would spend so much on ppc ads yet not even have affiliate relationships setup.
Very good point.Known brands continue to hire ad agencies because they've
been doing it so long and they rarely want to replace it
with something new/unknown.
