Got a Chapter 11 Notice ...

Just got a Chapter 11 notice of Engage Inc. (remember Flycast?) in the snail mail. I probably missed the news of their bankruptcy last month. Just because I WAS one of their "publishers", I now am named as one of their creditors or "parties of interest" by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Massachusetts. WAS because they actually kicked me out citing some breach of agreement (which I guess meant not enough traffic) about a year ago. Now they can rest in peace. LOL!

Nameslave: I got the same letter! I didn't respond to claim anything, but I've received 3 mails total so far about their bankruptcy.

I believe my account still has a small balance, anyway their rates dropped so horribly low that I stopped a long time ago. RIP!
