Hello

I got a offer of $25 for pngsoftware.com
I asked $100 then He wrote me :
I will give you 25 bucks. Since the company has recently gone out of business, the site is only a tad valuable for the next 90 days. After that, it's worthless to me. If you are interested, let me know, If not, god luck pn your venture.

What should I do?

Are you the owner of the business that went out of business?
If yes, you should know better what is worth.

I see no links or evident traffic to this site..

Unless the letters png mean somthing in some other than English language I see this as a vanity domain (without much traffic or other name recognition carried with).

You could try and ask for $50 since he does seem interested by his tone. But watch your own tone 'cause he may change his mind. Maybe you shouldn't even bother to ask for $50 if you paid less than $25

If no answer, take the $25 and run run run

png is a graphics format, popular in the open source communities as a replacement for gifs.
