I will be the one sending the money FIRST.
I send 55. You send me 50. Its that simple. No tricks or gimmicks

i dont think its a scam, if he said that he wants someone to send him $50 and then he would send him $50 nobody would offer to help.
Everybody is looking for their best interest and if you want a favour done by someone you don't know, you better give him something orelse he won't do it
