A domain you want is dropping so you sit there around the time you know the registry deletes the domains.
You spam a few registrars trying to register the domain for a few hours, get locked out from time to time.
Then, after a few hours, you register the domain - even with the registrar you'd prefer to register it with. k::first:

Point the DNS to a parkig comapny (just to test traffic) and confirm the DNS is working - so I know the name is mine.
