I don't see any monthly searches for this. Most likely they don't call it "Siding" in England, but I'm sure a Brit can verify.

Based on searches I see no value in this name.

There is also London in Canada / Ontario and we call it siding..
Not sure about London England but even if they don't Canadians do ;) ..

$500 to end user. Try to bundle it with a website so you possibly get $1200 or so with domain + website combo. Cold call business that do siding in cities named London. This is a domain you don't want to sit but instead be active in selling it to an end user.

That is a good plan but I don't know if it's worth developing a site for 700-1000 ;) I'm a designer and I don't even take on a project for less then 2500$ ...

Not sure what to do with this, develop a lead generator or sell its great name
