GreatDomains.com cuts off phone support

GreatDomains.com finally cuts off their phone support. First off, you can no longer find a phone number on their website; then even when you get one from their e-mail (because you have a transaction in progress), the recorded message just tells you to send an e-mail. I guess as they are not making a lot of sales lately, cutting cost is the only way to survive.

It's amazing - There was a time when GD had the after market by the nutz - All they had to do was 'Do It Right' and they failed.

The only time GD showed me ANY support was when they came to me with an unsolicited offer.

On their website, GreatDomains.com promises to reply "within 2 business days". The truth is: I sent them an e-mail enquiry last Thursday (Sep 19), let's see if they actually get back to me today (Monday, Sep 23).

 

Is someone actually trying to call them? About what?
