HackerShield.com was registered in 1998 by Norton AntiVirus but they dropped the domain.

UpJohn.com was bought out by Pfizer and they didn't renew the domain name.

The Upjohn Company was a pharmaceutical manufacturing firm founded in 1886 in Kalamazoo, Michigan by Dr. William E. Upjohn, an 1875 graduate of the University of Michigan medical school.

Since it is a last name, maybe you can sell it to a person with that last name?

HackerShield, that could have some value as its generic enough.

HackerShield.com is a solid brandable. good domain.
UpJohn.com is also a good brandable. Possibly a business owner who wants to add a personal touch e.g a personalized blog, online shop... who knows. But I dont have price estimating experience but if I am to guess for hackerShield.com, I would say somewhere low to mid $ *,***

This is the type of company that might pay big for this name.
Holy crapsticks!!!!
*Jackpot*

But is there a possibility of them suing for trademark/copywright/whatever infringement since their trust is already registered in that name??? unless the domain was registered before the company and the name upjohn is somewhat commonly used...
not sure, just realized this after seeing that upjohn is a registered trust...

and they are already using upjohn.org... so upgrade isn't a farfetched possibility.... if trademark isn't an issue in this instance.

I would say the fact that it was owned by a pharma company kinda puts a doubt in a panelists' mind as far as trademarks would go. Its a little too generic (as a last name)
