Just wanted to wish all my friends here a Happy Thanksgiving. I don't know about the rest of you, but I now know what a well-stuffed turkey feels like. Stayed up all night last night cooking a turkey, ham, stuffing, and pies, which led into a feeding frenzy around noon today. Had my family over - this was the first time I'd seen my family in nearly a year, so it was truely an enjoyable occassion. I don't know what I am more thankful for...
(1) making it through the night without burning the bird
(2) making it through the day without sleep
(3) having my family make it over to celebrate with me
I guess I'm just thankful for "making it"!
I hope you all had as enjoyable a Thanksgiving Holiday as I did.
(Time to find the Pepto Bismol)
