Has GoDaddy billed you without your consent?

I have had a GoDaddy account for many years. I NEVER used their
"Cash Parling" and NEVER signed up for this service

This month they started automaticallly BILLING me for $9.99
for this service

This is strange as I NEVER parked a single domain there and I
NEVER signed up for this service

Has anyone else been billed $9.99 without their consent?
