I haven't been asked to log in for several months, presumably the system gets my name from a cookie.
But suddenly the last few days I have to log in every now and then. Which I actually find quite annoying. Has there been a change to the login procedure?

Weird, actually I can't log out on the contrary. I heard it somewhere on the forums and tried it myself ... and yeah, I feel flattered. :D

There was a change on Thursday or Friday in the way the cookies are stored. Before your cookie would work for either http://dnforum.com OR http://www.dnforum.com, but not both unless you signed in once at each address.

Since then, we implemented it so that the cookie works for both. This did cause the issue of you not being able to log out properly, and have the correct cookie assigned. To effectively log out and have the new cookie method impletmented, you will need to go in manually and clear your cookies for dnforum.com or www.dnforum.com. This can be done by a few different methods depending on your browser.
