Hawla.co.uk Has anyone heard of them ?

I received some emails today from hawla.co.uk to several different email I use saying they were new domain auction website. I visited with browser OTHER THAN internet explorer and it told me to use Internet Explorer to visit. Some kind of script was being stopped by by browser so wondering if this is legit domain auction or targetted spam ?.

Got spammed by them too. They've spammed me which already meant I wasn't going to use the site, which I can't access with Safari anyway.
