Maybe I can donate it to Carson Palmer. He will be the first Heisman Trophy winner to own HeismanTrophy.us. He can then transfer the name, to next years Heisman winner. I know about the trademark, so save your breath.

I guess I'm wondering why you would actively seek appraisals for a blatant TM issue domain. Can you enlighten us? Thanks.

I say screw the trademark! The Heisman Trophy was originally supposed to be a symbol of honor and pride, not something for other vultures to prey on for profit. The .us Tld; truly is the right Tld for the Heisman award. So I say F*** them. Let them take me to court!

Great!
But, again ... I'm wondering why you would actively seek appraisals for a blatant TM issue domain. Thanks much.

They will not take you to court, why should they spend all that time and money when for only $1000 they can simply file a WIPO complaint and get the name. It's an open and shut TM infringement case you or your buyer will definately lose.

Well if there is a lawyer in the house looking for a little prime time, let me hear from you.
