OK I hardly ever bother you guys asking for appraisal help cause I don't offer many for sale, but I need some help now. I started to do my premium info fire sale, (2 at a time, just through the forum here) but I couldn't keep up with it. So, I'm gonna put all of these on the auctions today or tomorrow at the latest. I need an idea of value and starting bids I should entertain in order to sell these fast. I've received a few bids already on four I've shown here previously, and have just put those on the auctions yesterday, but here's the full list for a first showing and valuing. Hammer away please.
Thanks Doc

I wouldn't even consider less than 10K for Banking.info if I owned it.

I love this set of names. The problem is nobody is typing in anything.info. Now personally, here is what I would do if I was you. I would go to the overture bid tool, and find out who is paying what for each of these terms. Fire off an email to the top ten, with an asking price. First come first serve to whomever meets the price. Do the math to come up with a price. Use overture sug-tool, multiply hits time bid price, that is close to what the top bidder paid for that month for his clicks. Some are quite staggering. Ok, now be conservative. Knock 25% off that total. Heres an example.

Jan Overture "Banking" = 38,619
Top bid for banking at OT = $2.95 courtesy bank of america
38,619 X $2.95 = $113, 926. minus 25% = $85,444. x 12 mos. = 1,025,328. per year. Also consider what the other bidders are paying overture, and realise overture is making a Killing off this term.

Knock 50% off that to make it appealing to the lower bidders.
now you have $42,500.

Ok, remember , this is monthly ppc. at overture only. They pay a lot more for sposorships at google, yahoo etc... This is conservative for the top spot, because most will click on the top spot just. Im guessing at least 75%

Now BOA is definately spending a ton on this term - to the tune of approx $1,000,000 per year at OT alone. Remember, this is only overture, not google, not hooya. Also, this is NOT a dot com name. I would expect to get no less that $250,000 for the .com. Digital Insight owns the .com for whatever reason.

You have NOTHING to lose by approaching the top five bidders of overture and asking 25-50k for this domain. Under no circumstance should you accept less than $10,000, if it takes five years. Make sure you include the math to back up your price. DOnt expect an answer for several weeks. These decisions have to go through board members and such. Also, tell them that the name goes to the highest offer at he end of two weeks, so it doesnt sit on a desk somewhere. You have to be in control. Oh , one more thing. Um, dont get caught. I believe registering these terms for resale is a violation of the nexus aggrement for .info , .us names.

Thanks for the feedback so far. I put in a ton of money and time to get these in the landrushes. All targeted prior to acquisition for development and not sale. Nothing says I can't decide to sell. I've won WIPOs before. No shotgun approach was taken. A list was established and a very large number of registrars were applied at to get these. Some of the bids on these names got up there close to the top of the bid lists. I guess I'm gonna sell kinda cheap. They are all partially developed and I can even throw in some websites to go with them if the price is right. They represent a small % of my portfolio anyway. Narrowing my efforts to a few focus areas now and want to have these gone by Feb 28th, Daytona Bike week.

Those are some real one-liners...I'm not much for .info tld's but thats an impressive group you've got.
Good opportunity to test the DNA tool. The Market Ratings could be adjusted up or down but these might be close IMHO.

Thanks Nexcorp. Some good info there. I have a thought about your first statement though that "The problem is nobody is typing in anything.info." The results from overture doesn't take into account any extension I believe as they are results from the search engines only and not .com type-ins. The results are for the keyword and not the keyword.com or keyword.info. The search engines are blind to extensions and so the buyer could benefit from type in of the keyword via .info just as much as a .com (when just measuring search engine statistics on paid clicks thru Overture)

Thanks to you too mudfence. I don't think some are as high as your prog shows, but also some aren't as low either. But it was good to see the valuations and I appreciate you taking the time. With a few more adjustments, you will be getting closer to probably the best appraisal tool out there. I like it.

Thanks...go to Mindful too.

As I said before I'm not much for .info tld's.
I used a high MR on some because of the search results.
If people/companies are buying keywords from OV that means a lot!
The tld is irrelavent.

As far as selecting the MR value? Thats user input...could be looked at as a feature or a bug ;)

Good Luck!

Great group of domains Stoc,

I cant go through them all; but I would think Concert.Info has the most revenue generating potential and therefore should command the highest price..

I havent been following what .Info's that closely but I could see 7K or more for it.
Thats could easily be generating constant flow of revenue from concert tickets ..IF.. you have a staff that can keep great contant on the site..the Concert reviews, gossip etc...

The rest anywhere's from $200 to 2-3K JMO
