Help!! Need Dotster phone # now!

I'll take any and ALL phone numbers anyone has for Dotster.

My brokerage has just spent $10k sending out a critical letter to our customers with a response needed via an email account set up at Dotster and we're getting calls that the emails are not going thru and bouncing instead. I can't even access their support system or customer care and have tried from several locations from Boston to NH to Oregon.

A firm that big should have a direct phone contact number in cases of emergency like this one. Anyone have the ICANN link for the registrar contacts and phone numbers? I'll try that too.

Please help!! I won't forget it.

Thanks for all the help so far. Anyone have any other phone numbers? Sent several emails, phone calls and faxed. No response. Cheap sobs. You'd think with all the money they make off Namewinner bids they could put in a decent support system.
