Why do you think it's a shill? Nothing that I see suggests that. Nice rug! Just put your maximum on it and forget it.

This rug looks like the equivalent of a two-word, hyphenated, IDN .mobi
Lots of flash, little comfort.

Looks like a scam bidder, by that I mean at the end of the auction they will try their best to pretend they have paid and con the seller out of the item.

Normally the seller will give a 2nd chance offer to you if this happens to be the case.

hmmm - its really common for people to wait for the last minute to buy stuff on ebay - but this one is hard to tell bc the guy has private feedback

On the other hand, his feedback is all positive and in the hundreds - off the cuff, it would not seem odd to me BUT then again anything is possible on ebay

Wish I could give you some concrete advice.

I was just thinking here, maybe if he does offer you the SCO, then you could decline and just wait for the rug to relist. Then you would know for sure if the price is legit. It doesn;t help you to get the rug now but you wouldn;t be out all that money if he relisted and you got it for a cheaper price. Then again, I don;t know how much these rugs should go for.

Don't forget sniping sofware which can lose you an item within a split second. As I suggested, perhaps just put your max on it and forget it. Well, looking, it's already sold. If you weren't the winner, the seller has another batch.

You'll earn it back on it perhaps at some stage? Looks like a good investment.

It means a double meaning in a sentence or statement; usually crude. Let me see what dictionary.com says...

Yeah:

1. a double meaning.
2. a word or expression used in a given context so that it can be understood in two ways, esp. when one meaning is risqué.
