Help someone trying to hurt my sales

Please help me I am with this odd problem!

Some scammer trying to hurt my sales went to the site internet-fraud.com and placed my site under loterry scams!

Now the thing is when someone searches on google for my site it is the first thing that appears! Even above my own site!

What can I do?

I tried to email the site owner explaining the situation but got no reply.
