You can use the tools at http://affiliates.ebay.com/tools/ for simple HTML or Javascript integration.

There are also free/paid scripts that claim to do what you want, e.g. http://www.auctionfeed.co.uk, http://www.stevedawson.com/ebay.php and others. I don't think the scripts at http://www.2rss.com/software.php?page=ebayrss and http://www.tele-pro.co.uk/scripts/rss/rss_content_feed_class_ex_ebay.htm can include your affiliate code, but check it out, you might be able to hack them.

You can also try and use the existing eBay RSS feeds and integrate your affiliate code with them.

Thank you! I had signed up for the Affiliate API Tier program under the developers area..(I think that's if you need to pull millions of listings not a few?), CJ took me to the wrong place I guess. Many thanks for your posting, saved me hella time.
