I recently picked up Streatham.net in a drop (reg fee).

It has good age, was originally to be a portal for Streatham, UK but appears to never have been properly developed.

Even as a .net it is getting 40 - 50 traffic per day.

I would eventually put up a geo site, but honestly - NO CLICKS!

What would people be looking for that is Streatham related?

I am in the middle of doing this for my local town.

You could try putting up a city portal and earn by selling ads to local businesses/groups.

A friend of mine owns one for his local town in scotland and makes $300-$400 a month from selling ads.
