Hello everyone!

I'm quite new to domaining.
Somewhere in the past I registered some domains that had something to do with my field of work. I had some ideas to develop. But I never got to it. I was looking for a way to sell the domains and I found SEDO. I sold the domains to a company in the same field of work.

After that I learned about the new gTLDs coming up. That got me curious about the new possibilities of development for the web, as well as new opportunities to invest in domains. But for as far as I’ve read on this forum, that should be considered as risky business J . So I’m going to be careful with that. We’ll see where the gTLDs will go. I think they will have some value for certain topics or have some branding potential. But the amount of new available combinations is endless, so it will be harder to find something that end-users will buy. I sold one .tips though.

I have a couple domains on a subject I like and had ideas for, so I will try to develop them into something and see where that will take me.

I’ve been reading on this forum a lot the last couple of weeks to learn more and more. Very useful stuff here guys!

Thanks!

Hi, TeddyLomax

Welcome!

If you feel like it, send me a list of domains you've got and/or mention what areas you like to collect (in terms of domains).
