DVHS (understood by most as Digital VHS, but actually stands for Data VHS) is still a very viable niche industry since a lot of HD enthusiasts will not be buying into the next generation of DVD until the format war between HD-DVD and Blu-Ray is settled (not looking hopeful anytime soon).
