Affiliate Programs HighEndTraffic.com?

Anyone have any experience with http://www.highendtraffic.com/ pay-per-click program? Any info would be much appreciated.

I've actually never used them. I don't think there design is very professional, but I really don't know. Please let me know how your campaign works out with them!

the website looks very scammish...I would probably stay away from them just based on that.

also in the TOS it says "we only pay for USA clicks" .
