Don't know about selling it on to an end-user but if you were to develop this and keep it exactly up to date (extremely important to the younger hip hop fans that they know whats going on the second it happens) then it could be a great site which in turn would be valuable.

as just a name i don't think you would find a buyer too easily as most people would include a chart listing in a bigger project.
