I have a thread looking for posters on a poker forum and it was closed, the reason given:

This forum is for help wanted ads (for hiring for a specific task or job), not sales or offers. Violators will receive warning points.

I am looking for posters on a poker forum, I am paying $0.18 / post.

Is this not hiring for a specific task of posting?

No it was just the terms, 20 words minimum etc.
