Another case when somebody tried to overreach their trademark - trying to stop free speech criticism.
Thankfully they failed.

I just hope that one day the WIPO monkeys learn that these words and initialisms do not belong solely to one company - in fact, many share them. Indeed, anybody can use them for any legal purpose they wish.
