I won a domain name at auction on 6/9 and paid immediately.

On 6/10 the owner of it appeared to change reigstration information as to his entity, although his name, address, etc., are the same.

Since then, I have tried repeatedly to have my questions answered by the Sedo transfer agent who continues to ignore me other than to state I need to wait and that Sedo is unable to take control of the domain at the seller's registrar.

The transfer agent hasn't responded to me in three days.

Does anyone have a managerial contact in the transfer department?

I did PM you yesterday morning but have heard nothing. My transfer agent continues to be MIA. In the meantime, I reached out to the seller myself who replied that he did forward the transfer codes to Sedo but won't send them directly to me since he has no way to verify I am indeed the buyer. Please advise when I can expect to hear from you, my transfer agent, or anyone at Sedo who believes customer service and loyalty to be a top priority.
