All seems like sheer lunacy, albeit that they were first to market with this thing that's been copied a gazillion times. Can't see $20 million in it. From any angle.

There isn't a great deal of advertising but they probably have a database of several million members, members who are PC literate and probably in the very marketable 14 to 30 age group. A database like that is worth a 'fortune'.
