How can I find other persons domains in order to open a parked account

I read a thread 250 domains required for able to open a parked account ,in thread it is mentioned that you dont have to own 250 domains ,you can use other persons domains.My question is how can we find list of domains,it is very good for us to parked allows to use people who we dont know.

You can't park other people's domains. You have to own them yourself.

I only need to open account then I park my domains

Yes, open an account at the parking company of your choice, and then park domains that you own yourself.

however I dont have 250 domains at this time , I have 170 if I find 80 other domains that I dont own ,I will open a parked account but I only park my 170 domains.I read in other thread if you have 1 domain for parking you can also use parked.com but you need 249 other persons domains. I understand you will use it for open a parked account will not park domains you dont own
