How consolidating multiple Cira accounts ...

Hi,

For some reasons, we've about 15 diff. Cira accounts all opened with exactly the same data and email address; how may we consolidate all our domains under a single Cira account ?
We're totally new to this tld so a second question: when we buy a domain from someone, apart getting it under our Cira account, what else should we do in order for the transfer to be successfully and totally completed ?
