How did that happen?

I was watching some names on Flippa, and since I am somewhat in the food business with my domain names and cookbook publishing, I was watching Banquets.org. It was in the 2-300 range last I had seen it, but this afternoon I saw on my email a few emails about it, and then I saw an email that they added a BIN of 800 dollars, and 6 minutes later it was sold for 700 at BIN. How does that happen?
