Hi,

I know this is basic stuff, but how do I do a screenshot of a web page please?
Also how do I cloak the link with, for instance "click here", instead of having to publish the whole url?

Thanks

You can take a screenshot by clicking Print Screen Sys Rq at your keyboard and then go to a paint program and click paste!

If you wanna create a click here link it would look like this in html:
Code:
<a href="http://www.checkdomain.org">Click Here </a>

you have a button on your keyboard called "Prt Sc"
Click on it
In that moment, the screenshot is in your clipboard
Open your favorite image program(like paint), create a new file and paste (CTRL+V) the content from clipboard.
Save the file
That's it.

If you "Only" want the window such as the browser and not the bottom bar you would hit alt + print screen. I also recommend Irfanview for images.

If you want to cloak an affiliate link, you can use this code:

<a href="http://youraffiliatelink.com/123456789xyz" target="_blank" onmouseover="window.status='Click Here';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=' ';return true;">Click Here</a>

This way your affiliate link does not display in the status bar, only "Click Here". Modify as required..

alternatively, you can use a screenshot program that you can find on www.google.com just search for "Screenshot Programs", "Screenshot Taker" or try looking through www.download.com your sure to find something there

For the print screen, you can just paste into MS Word to take a quick look before editing.

For a link rollover script, take a look at my script, you don't have to write the code for every link on large affiliate sites, it can automatically clean house on your entier site with just a call to the script.
