Hi

when it comes to traffic domains,
you have to know whether visitors are coming from backlinks or the domain gets typein traffic.
that typein traffic might be from typos or trademark misspells or the domain is generic like "apartmentsforrent.com".

age and domain authority doesn't matter to me, but some folks consider it.
