Heh, If I want tap on the shoulder no matter what, I go to my mother even though I am 45 years old:cheeky:A reason it is slow getting them here is members wanting to avoid getting the owner upset if he happens to appraise it lower than expected. Over the years I have seen some here get quite defensive and disturbed over perceived low appraisals their names get.
