Hello everyone,
some time ago I did a project for a forum member (with good feedback score) and we agreed that he pays me through paypal when I finish everything. Last time I heard of him on 08-16-2007 (excatly 1 month ago) when he told me that payment was comming. After that I send him few more PMs on which he didn't respond, although he was online just a couple of days ago.

So, my question is: how long should I wait before I can consider him a scammer and warn other members about him?

Regards

Contact him by PM/email first - people do forget to pay sometimes.

@Johnn I have sent him few PMs already and I don't have his email (except for those from whois of his domains, but I can't be sure that these are his own)..

I'm in a similar spot. The guy hasn't paid agreed offer fees after 6 days, 4 PMs.

I'm quickly learning the business but I'm truly disappointed with this issue. :veryangry:

Moderators and/or Administrators must act now before more members are robbed of their time, energy and agreed payment!

7 days are more than enough for me and I will never, in my right mind, do business with that person again!

Totally agreed.

Does anyone have idea how I could get his email, since that one from whois of his domains isn't working?
