How many of your domains are already developed?
How many of them do you want to Develop?

How many would you like to build into "mini sites"?
What would you pay per site for large scale development?

thanks!

perhaps 50 developed
about 4500 more to go

Doing them myself.
Will not pay anything to have them developed. Reason?

I can monitize a site with adsense, Cj, LinkShare, and amazon all on the same site.
I decide ad placement. I have complete control now and future over the site.

I can add all the links I want back to my own network of sites.

And I have at least 4 sites that I have been approached by advertisers wanting a cost per month breakdown to place ads on my site, all reviewed by me first.

Yes, it takes time. But it is working for me.

I've got only 1 of my domains developed into a minisite, while one of my other names are currently being developed into a proper website. I've got no plans of developing any more names in the months to come, but you never know. I believe somewhere between $40-$60 is a decent price to pay for a (SE optimized) minisite. It all depends on the content of course. For a custom website with professional layout and content I could pay hundreds, if not more. It all depends on the content and quality of the website of course.

I would actually want to concentrate on only one really really good domain, adding lots of content to it. Thousands of pages.

Right now I have roughly a dozen sites developed. My goal is to have at least 75% of my portfolio developed or pointing to a developed site.

I can develop them myself and since money is tight, this is my best option.

1) around 20 to 40
2) almost all
3) as long as they pay well good traffic and adsense
4) I do all of it by myself except for hard ones involving supreme difficult coding or making an exceptional pro logo. Other than that the cost would be my time.:sigh2:

What most people here mean with "Developped" is just couple of scrapped pages...

the point is to get rankings and google traffic. While parked pages rarely have any google serps even a crappy looking couple pages long site with some links and proper on page seo can get a healthy amount of search engines traffic.

Yeah but not on scrap pages. Maybe some scrap page get some taffic for a while before Google algo catches it. What I would call "developped" domain would take at least a month per domain getting original contecnt and stuff and update it from time to time with new content.

Exactly that's the point. I'm only going to develop new sites that will have constant new and original content.

Obviously you wouldn't want to develop typo domains that bring good typein traffic.

As for scraped content, yes it's true, most of them get banned in google. But most of these sites are just really lame, either blogs that post content from other sites automatically, or just some sort of copied/scraped content sites, which are made by simple software. Where more advanced methods to build good sites that actually work and bring results. You can build real valuable sites automatically that will stay in google index and even some large companies do it.

Well not only TYPOS bring traffic

Yeah but sadly it is what most people here mean when they say "I develope"

Show me examples. I was checking now the shreveport.com mentioned in DNjournal and sorry but that would not be my information source about Shreveport if I was looking for one... To really develop is time and money costly
