How many niches should I focus on? 1 niche, 2 niches or 3 niches? I have many interests.

One if you've never done this before. Get a good feel for what you're doing. Then once you've got that down, duplicate the effort for the other niches.

I agree with what was previously said. Start with one niche and make all your beginner errors. Then branch out to other related niches that can be integrated with your original niche.
