How much are three letters/character domains worth?

I was just wondering, i found a great tool and have a list of ALOT of 3 character domains, but i m wondering if i should reg any, and if i do, will they be worth anything...

There is a reason why lots of 3 CHARACTER domains are unregistered and available. d

On the otherhand, 3 LETTER domains (.com, .net, and .org) are in fact worth something. :wink:
